We do our best to make sure finances do not stand in the way of receiving the care that you need. At Hillcrest Dental Care we offer several payment options to assist you.

 

Payment Methods

We accept checks/money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, or cash. Please do not send cash through the mail. If the bank returns a check, a $30.00 return check fee will be charged to your account.

 

Payment Plans

For larger treatments, when a payment plan would be most convenient, we use a wonderful service called CareCredit (no interest financing with low minimum monthly payments). Using this service, we are able to offer our patients several no-interest or very low-interest plans. Please speak with one of our office staff who will be happy to assist you, so you can receive the dentistry you need.

 

Patients with NO Insurance Coverage

No insurance, no problem! Hillcrest Dental Care offers a SMILE SAVERS Discount Membership Plan that was created as an alternative to dental insurance,* to help you get affordable access to quality dental services and promote good oral health care. Click here to learn more.

Anything not fully covered under SMILE SAVERS will require payment in full is at the time of service. Please coordinate with the office if you wish to arrange for payment plans.

 

Patients with Dental Insurance

We accept almost all dental insurance. Please check with us to determine if we accept your insurance. We are happy to assist with filing your insurance claims, however, please understand that it is your responsibility to check your eligibility and coverage prior to your first appointment. Please bring your complete insurance information with you along with your card so that we make a copy for submitting claim. Non-covered services and co-pays are due at the time of the service. We understand that insurance benefits can be confusing, please let us know if we can be of assistance.
